Kimberly helps people and organizations make positive changes.  Whether stepping into a new season of life or a new country, navigating career and performance issues, launching or growing a business, bringing passion projects and special moments to life, or helping others figure out what’s next, she even designs fashion for life’s special transformations!

 

With over two decades of experience working within global corporate environments – including roles within and outside the US, Kimberly has a broad range of experience across Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Executive Operations, and Human Resources.  With a cross-functional perspective to organizational leadership, some of her key focus areas have included organizational change management and business effectiveness –  driving business improvements, supporting growth, and transformation.  As a member of a Post Merger Integration Team that reported directly to Global Executive Leadership, she played a key role in post-merger integration efforts and contributed to the successful execution of strategic business transformation initiatives.  She has been and continues to be a trusted strategic partner supporting leadership and people into purposeful transformation at every level.

 

Life continues to evolve and Kimberly has embraced change by merging her corporate experience with her creative practice that spans motivational speaking and poetry, bespoke fashion design, and millinery.  This pivot has reaffirmed her belief that real transformation isn’t just about corporate strategy.  It’s personal, professional, and creative.    It is symbolic, visual, and has a voice.

 

Today, Kimberly works with individuals and businesses providing transition coaching, business consulting, motivational talks, poetry, and one-of-a-kind fashion and millinery creations.  She remains . . .
