A Career Built Around Change
For more than 20 years, Kimberly has worked at the intersection of people, business, leadership and transformation across global corporate environments in the U.S. and internationally.
Her experience spans Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Executive Operations, Human Resources and Business Transformation — including organizational change, business effectiveness, growth initiatives and post-merger integration. As a strategic partner to executives and leadership teams, she has helped organizations navigate complexity, strengthen performance and move through significant periods of change. That experience continues to shape how she works today.
Where Strategy Meets Creative Expression
Over time, Kimberly’s corporate and creative worlds began to reveal themselves as parts of the same story.
Business transformation taught her how people, organizations and leaders navigate change. Fashion and millinery taught her how identity can be expressed, shaped and reimagined. Poetry and speaking gave her a voice for the moments when change needs to be felt, understood and remembered. Cenojyk brings these disciplines together through one shared belief: Transformation is personal, professional and creative.
It is about understanding where you are, imagining what could be next, and intentionally shaping the journey forward.
Today, Kimberly works with individuals, leaders and organizations navigating change — through transition coaching, strategic advisory, speaking and empowering spoken word experiences. Through fashion design, millinery and creative experiences, she also helps people express identity, celebrate meaningful moments and create tangible expressions of transformation. Different forms.
