Escape Registration: If interested in securing your seat in this escape, please register online two weeks prior to the scheduled date. All supplies are included in the price of this course. Simply show up.
Escape Refunds: We realize that schedules and priorities change very quickly in life, therefore we kindly ask you to alert us one week before your scheduled escape date if you are unable to attend. One week notification entitles you to a full refund minus a $5 handling fee. Any notifications after that period, are entitled to a store credit. For anyone not providing a notification before the escape begins, unfortunately, there will be no refund or credit issued. Should an escape be full or be cancelled by Cenojyk, LLC, we will alert you and offer a refund or schedule you into another class.
Inclement Weather: As weather conditions can change, we will make every effort to alert you ahead of time should we need to cancel a class to ensure your safety.
