Thereafter, a 50% deposit will be required to begin your exclusive experience.   The remaining balance is due one month prior to your scheduled pick-up date.  There must be a zero balance for the transfer of your finished custom design.  Deposits can be made in this section:  Custom Design:  Serene Start/Tranquil End.
